Less Clients = More Service
We have a unique proposition. We don’t have grand plans to grow headcount, open new offices or grow divisions in different industry sectors. The whole premise of our business is to provide excellent service, build strong long-term relationship and be trusted to deliver and only to a finite number of companies.
This means we can focus more time on managing the search, vetting process, management of expectations and communication throughout the process.
We meet our client’s regularly and when working on a search we meet every candidate on the shortlist of candidates we submit and also meet other strong candidates on the long list. This greatly increases our ability to ensure that the candidates don’t just have the right functional experience, but also the right values, behaviours, approach and personality.
Everything we do is at a personal level. We want to ensure that candidates don’t feel like they are just a number on our database. The stronger our connection with the candidate, the stronger their connection with you and your opportunity.
Technology has greatly impacted the recruitment industry, including Executive Search. The increase in, and reliance on, professional social media (such as LinkedIn) and CV job boards has of course delivered benefits for companies and candidates.
